• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

Handle incoming calls and communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and provide information about architectural design, structural design, construction, and consultancy services.

• Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into customers.

• Respond to client inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

• Provide basic technical guidance regarding building design and construction-related matters.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, draftsmen, and construction teams to ensure proper client communication.

• Handle client complaints and coordinate with the relevant team to provide timely solutions.

• Visit project/construction sites when required and provide necessary coordination and support.

• Maintain client information, lead records, follow-up status, and communication history.

• Prepare basic client follow-up and site visit reports for management.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and support repeat business and referrals.

• Represent Hossain House Design professionally in all client interactions.

• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
