1. Client Meeting & Requirement Analysis

• Attend and lead client meetings for interior projects.

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget and expectations.

• Conduct site visits and assess existing site conditions.

• Prepare design briefs and project requirements.

• Communicate design concepts, materials, timelines and project scope clearly to clients.

• Maintain professional client relationships throughout the project.

2. Interior Design & 3D Visualization

• Develop complete interior design concepts for residential projects.

• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts and interior design proposals.

• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders.

• Design living, dining, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, wall panels and other interior spaces.

• Select appropriate materials, colours, textures, furniture, lighting and finishes.

• Present designs to clients and handle design revisions.

• Ensure the final design meets both client expectations and practical execution requirements.

3. Detailing & Working Drawings

• Prepare and review detailed interior working drawings.

• Prepare furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit and cabinetry details.

• Prepare false ceiling, wall panel, flooring and other interior details.

• Prepare interior elevations, sections and construction details.

• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and suitable for site execution.

• Provide necessary design clarification to the site and execution team.

4. BOQ, Estimation & Cost Control

• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior projects.

• Calculate quantities and material requirements accurately.

• Assist in project estimation and quotation preparation.

• Prepare material specifications and finish schedules.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material pricing and availability.

• Monitor project costs against approved BOQ and budget.

• Identify and control unnecessary project cost variations.

5. Project Planning & Execution

• Take overall responsibility for assigned interior projects from design to handover.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and execution plans.

• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers.

• Coordinate material procurement and delivery with relevant teams.

• Monitor day-to-day project progress.

• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

• Resolve design and execution issues at the project site.

• Ensure proper coordination between design and construction teams.

6. Quality Control & Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections.

• Monitor workmanship, materials and finishing quality.

• Ensure dimensions and execution match approved drawings.

• Identify defects and ensure corrective action.

• Maintain project quality standards.

• Ensure proper safety and cleanliness practices at the project site.

7. Final Inspection & Handover

• Conduct final project inspection before handover.

• Prepare and manage snag/punch lists.

• Coordinate correction of outstanding works.

• Ensure all agreed project works are completed properly.

• Coordinate final client inspection.

• Complete project documentation and final handover.

• Ensure client satisfaction at project completion.
