Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent degree from a reputed university.

  • B.Pharm or M.Pharm will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical store/warehouse operations.

  • Outstanding candidates may be considered for higher positions.

Required Competencies:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical store operations, inventory control, and ERP systems.

  • Understanding of GMP, FEFO/FIFO, and warehouse management practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of both Bengali and English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Store

Job Location: Factory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient store operations in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company policies.

  • Supervise receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

  • Maintain inventory records, bin cards, ledgers, and ERP transactions accurately.

  • Conduct periodic stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper storage conditions, FEFO/FIFO practices, and optimum space utilization.

  • Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, and other departments for smooth material flow.

  • Maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.

  • Prepare inventory reports and support continuous process improvement.
