Experience:
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Professional certification such as PGD in HRM will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Legal Compliance.
Sound understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law-2006 (latest amendments).
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
Candidates with exceptional qualifications, experience, and competencies may be considered for higher positions.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries will be preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and HR database management.
Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate governance requirements, and Bangladesh Labour Law (as amended).
Manage employee discipline, grievance handling, and employee relations.
Execute recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.
Conduct manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and succession planning.
Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives.
