Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related discipline from a reputed university.

  • Professional certification such as PGD in HRM will be considered an added advantage.

  • Age At least 15 years
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Legal Compliance.

  • Sound understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law-2006 (latest amendments).

  • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.

  • Candidates with exceptional qualifications, experience, and competencies may be considered for higher positions.

  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries will be preferred.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and HR database management.

  • Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.

  • Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office applications and internet correspondence.

Job Location: Head Office & Factory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate governance requirements, and Bangladesh Labour Law (as amended).

  • Manage employee discipline, grievance handling, and employee relations.

  • Execute recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction processes.

  • Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.

  • Conduct manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and succession planning.

  • Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives.

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Oversee administrative functions, logistics, and facility management.

  • Drive employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture programs.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic support to management.
