Experience:
Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations and ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, joining, resignation, and other HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, overtime, and workplace discipline in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, attendance summaries, employee databases, and other management reports.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate employee joining, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, salary revision, and separation processes.
Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other official communications.
Ensure employees understand and comply with organizational rules, policies, SOPs, and administrative procedures.
Monitor workplace discipline and report policy violations, misconduct, negligence, or other HR-related issues to management.
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee performance, attendance, manpower requirements, and administrative matters.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR records.
Support payroll-related activities by providing accurate attendance, leave, overtime, deduction, and employee status information.
Assist in employee performance evaluation, KPI/target monitoring, probation reviews, and related HR processes.
Handle employee queries and provide appropriate support regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, salary-related documentation, and workplace procedures.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital HR documentation in a systematic manner.
Assist management in implementing new HR policies, administrative systems, and internal control procedures.
Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities when required.
Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
