Salary: Tk. 20000 - 28000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store, E-commerce

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Daffodil International University,American International University Bangladesh,United International University,Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store, E-commerce

• Age 18 to 25 years
• Only Male

• Candidates without HR & Recruitment experience are requested NOT to apply.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of HR software/HRIS will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in Retail, Super Shop or E-commerce industry will be an advantage.

1. Manage recruitment and selection activities

2. Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR records

3. Prepare joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion and other HR documents

4. Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining employee discipline

5. Support payroll and salary-related HR activities

6. Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations

7. Coordinate manpower requirements for outlets and head office

8. Perform other HR duties assigned by management
