Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Relevant professional certification/training in Compliance, Social Compliance, or Occupational Health & Safety will be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, buyer compliance standards, and Bangladesh Labour Law.

  • Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

  • Strong commitment to maintaining 100% compliance and audit readiness.



Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed export-oriented RMG manufacturing organization is looking for a competent and responsible professional to ensure 100% compliance with buyer requirements, applicable laws, international standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% compliance with buyer requirements, applicable labor laws, company policies, and international standards.

  • Coordinate and prepare for social compliance audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and other buyer/third-party audits.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal, external, customer, and third-party compliance audits.

  • Ensure continuous audit readiness and maintain all required documents, records, registers, and supporting evidence.

  • Conduct regular internal compliance assessments to identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

  • Prepare, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

  • Monitor compliance related to working hours, wages & benefits, labor standards, employee welfare, health & safety, and workplace conditions.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address compliance gaps and ensure sustainable improvements.

  • Maintain proper compliance documentation and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Keep updated with buyer codes of conduct, RMG compliance requirements, labor laws, and applicable standards.

  • Support management in maintaining a strong compliance culture and ensuring continuous improvement.
