We are looking for an experienced, responsible and proactive HR & Admin professional who can independently handle day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, administrative activities and management reporting. The candidate should have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and high-performing Sr. Executive (HR & Admin) to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, be capable of working independently and maintain confidentiality while handling employee and organizational matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, joining, separation and personnel documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee database, personal files, HR registers and other necessary HR documents.
Prepare HR-related reports, attendance summaries, leave statements and management reports as required.
Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave, overtime and other relevant employee information.
Assist in implementing company HR policies, rules, procedures and employee discipline in coordination with management.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with employees regarding HR, administrative and workplace matters.
Coordinate performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employee lifecycle processes.
Manage office administration, stationery, office supplies, facility coordination and general administrative requirements.
Coordinate meetings, notices, official communications and other administrative activities when required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information and ensure proper document control.
Coordinate with management and relevant departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
