• A Bachelorʼs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A Masterʼs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus but not mandatory.

• CA/CC Certification: A Chartered Accountant or Chartered Certified Accountant qualification is essential to demonstrate advanced financial expertise.

• At least 5 years

• Audit Expertise: A minimum of 7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the manufacturing or machinery industries.

• Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex data and financial systems.

• Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and present detailed audit reports and financial statements.

• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in conducting thorough audits.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to recommend and implement corrective actions to improve processes.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Auditor to lead and grow our accounts department. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit. Ability to work independently in audit and accounts sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & Verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy transference of accounting transaction.

• Prepare audit report & share the report to the concern management.

• Work with any team regarding audit purposes issue implemented.

• Audit of the appropriate purchase order, bill of exchange & bank reconciliation.

• Participate in special audit as and when required.

• Inspect cash in hand, receivable, payable & Physical stock verification.

• Examine Inventories along with production capacity & raw material consumption.

• To Check and verify Accounts/ Store/ Bank/ Factory/ Production/ Commercial activity etc.

• Maintaining the report of Procurement, Accounts, Inventory, Finished goods & Cash inflow & outflow.

• Audit of the appropriate purchase order, bill of exchange & bank reconciliation.

• Maintain audit working papers & files systematically.

• Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the management time to time.

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of financial and operational controls.

• Review financial and operational processes to ensure they align with internal policies, regulatory standards, and financial statements.

• Prepare detailed audit reports that include findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with management to implement improvements based on audit findings and strengthen internal controls.

• Identify potential risks and suggest measures for mitigation, including cost-saving opportunities.

• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in financial records and statements.

• Perform physical verification of fixed assets and store items. Ensure accurate VAT, tax, and AIT calculations and submissions. Verify production planning against capacity and delivery schedules.

• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual budgets.
