The Assistant Manager / Executive – Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting financial planning and compliance activities across all units of the organization. The role includes supervision responsibilities at the managerial level and operational support at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain daily accounting records including cash book, ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
* Prepare and review payment vouchers, vendor bills, and invoices
* Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations regularly
* Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
* Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory regulations in Bangladesh
* Assist in payroll processing and verification
* Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
* Support internal and external audit processes
* Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
* Coordinate with different departments for invoice verification and Manage Costing
* Ensure adherence to internal control policies and financial procedures
