We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and detail-oriented Head of Accounts to lead and manage all financial, accounting, auditing, and tax operations for our hotel property. The ideal candidate will oversee financial strategy, inventory controls, room revenue reconciliation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and hotel night audit reconciliation.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow statements, and income statements per industry standards (USALI).

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting processes, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).

• Hospitality Revenue & Cost Control: Monitor Food & Beverage (F&B) costing, room yield, inventory management, store audits, and point-of-sale (POS) integrations.

• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with VAT, TAX, TDS, AIT, corporate tax filings, and local government statutory requirements.

• Banking & Treasury: Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, petty cash flow, and banking relationship management.

• Internal Audit: Implement robust internal financial controls to minimize risk, leakage, and unauthorized operational costs.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate the internal finance and accounts team.
