• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering BUET, DUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference.

• Work closely with the Design Team, Supply Chain Management, Project Management Cell (PMC).

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Additional qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering or related fields shall be considered an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of land development and civil engineering practices. Expertise in earthwork, soil improvement, land filling, grading and compaction.

• Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, culverts and infrastructure development. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey data, BOQs and technical specifications.

• Strong project planning, monitoring and cost-control skills. Excellent contractor and consultant management capability.

• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and relevant engineering/project management software.

• High degree of integrity, accountability and professional responsibility. Timely completion of land development activities.

• Compliance with approved project budget and cost-control measures. Quality and durability of completed civil works.

• Accuracy of land filling, earthwork and quantity measurements.

• Reduction of rework, defects and construction losses. Effective management of contractors and consultants.

• Productivity and performance of the engineering team.

• Overall successful delivery of assigned land development projects.

Experience:

• 08 to 15 years professional experiences as mid /senior level position.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Industry."

• AutoCAD, Billing, BOQ, Building Construction, monitoring of contractor’s work, MS Office

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Ensure structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and provide support for budgeting and procurement.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, design standards, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.

• Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations."
