Responsibilities & Context:
M.K. Noor Builders, a growing Real Estate Development Company in Cumilla, is looking for a responsible, skilled and result-oriented Accountant cum Marketing Officer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting & ERP
Daily financial transactions, receipts, payments and cash/bank entries maintain করা।
Customer booking, installment, due/collection and payment records ERP Software-এ update ও maintain করা।
Flat/Shop sales, booking money, installment schedule ও customer ledger maintain করা।
Company-এর Real Estate ERP Software-এ Accounting, Sales, Customer Management ও Collection-related কাজ পরিচালনা করা।
Monthly sales, collection, outstanding/due এবং financial reports প্রস্তুত করা।
Voucher, invoice, bill, receipt এবং অন্যান্য accounting documents প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
Accounts department ও management-এর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন report প্রস্তুত করা।
Bank reconciliation ও দৈনন্দিন হিসাব-নিকাশে সহযোগিতা করা।
Marketing & Customer Management
সম্ভাব্য Flat/Shop buyers-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ ও follow-up করা।
Project, Flat ও Shop-এর features, price, payment plan ও অন্যান্য তথ্য customer-কে উপস্থাপন করা।
Customer inquiry, site visit, booking এবং sales follow-up পরিচালনা করা।
Existing customers-এর সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও relationship maintain করা।
Sales target অর্জনের জন্য Marketing Team-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
Facebook/WhatsApp/Online inquiry থেকে পাওয়া customer lead follow-up করা।
Sales & Marketing-এর দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
Educational Qualification
B.Com / BBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related subject.
Accounting background থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Diploma/Equivalent qualification with relevant experience থাকলেও যোগ্য প্রার্থী আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Required Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Real Estate/Property Development Company-তে Accounting & Sales/Marketing কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Real Estate ERP Software-এ কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
Flat/Shop booking, installment, customer ledger, collection ও sales management সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Software Skills
প্রার্থীকে নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে:
Real Estate ERP Software
Microsoft Excel — Advanced/Intermediate
Microsoft Word
Accounting Software/ERP
Email, Internet & Online Communication
Facebook/WhatsApp Business ও অন্যান্য digital communication tools
Additional Skills
Accounting ও basic financial reporting সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান।
Customer handling ও communication skill ভালো হতে হবে।
Sales & Marketing-এর basic techniques সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
ভালো English ও Bangla communication skill।
হিসাবের ক্ষেত্রে নির্ভুলতা, সততা ও দায়িত্বশীলতা।
চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
Teamwork ও problem-solving skill।
Real Estate project, Flat/Shop sales এবং installment-based customer management সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
