• Communicate the organization's strategic goals and priorities clearly to team members.

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and other financial documents.

• Assist in managing accounting systems, procedures, and financial controls.

• Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.

• Coordinate and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the properties.

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost savings and productivity improvements.

• Ensure profit and loss statements are accurate and completed on time.

• Monitor tax obligations and ensure timely collection, accrual, and payment of applicable taxes.

• Support revenue growth initiatives and improve the financial performance of operating departments.

• Achieve departmental financial targets, budget objectives, and performance goals.

• Provide pricing and inventory recommendations to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
