  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in store management and project accounting.

  • Sound knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Honest, sincerity, transparency and accountability.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information.



Responsibilities & Context:

A. Store Management Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

  2. Receive, inspect, and verify materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.

  3. Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.

  4. Maintain stock register (manual/software-based) on a daily basis.

  5. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

  6. Prepare Material Issue Notes (MIN), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and Store Requisition Forms (SRF).

  7. Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment.

  8. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all store-related documents.

  9. Prevent unauthorized removal of materials from store premises.

 

B. Project Accounting Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain project-wise accounts and cost tracking records.

  2. Record daily project expenses and ensure proper supporting documentation.

  3. Prepare project budget monitoring reports and cost variance analysis.

  4. Verify bills, invoices, and contractor payments related to the project.

  5. Maintain petty cash register and prepare reimbursement statements.

  6. Assist in preparation of project financial statements and reports.

  7. Coordinate with Head Office Accounts Department for financial reporting.

  8. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.

  9. Maintain proper ledger entries in accounting software (if applicable).
