Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA & MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional accounting qualifications will be considered an advantage.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, VAT, Tax, and Financial Reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Good communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.

• Prepare financial statements, ledgers, cash flow reports, and monthly financial reports.

• Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.

• Ensure VAT, Tax, and other regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.

• Monitor project-wise costing and financial performance.

• Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate documentation.

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.

• Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
