Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for real estate projects (Land/Apartment).

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing plans, and promotional offers.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Maintain and manage customer databases, leads, bookings, and sales pipelines.

  • Negotiate with clients and finalize sales agreements in coordination with management.

  • Ensure timely collection of booking money, installments, and documentation.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, exhibitions).

  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, media, and digital marketing partners.

  • Oversee branding, brochures, leaflets, project presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Propose innovative marketing ideas to increase project visibility and sales conversion.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Land, Construction, Legal, Accounts, and Customer Service departments.

  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.

  • Monitor project-wise sales progress and submit performance analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and real estate regulations.

Strategic & Administrative Duties

  • Assist management in sales forecasting and business planning.

  • Participate in project launches, site visits, and promotional events.

  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making related to sales & marketing.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
