Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is not required.

Must understand written English well and express ideas clearly in written English. Spoken fluency is not required.

Must be confident using a computer, browser and spreadsheets.

Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools is expected.

Must be careful, curious, self-directed and able to follow a written process. Creativity and stronger English are advantages.

Must be able to work from our Mirpur DOHS office, 9 AM to 5 PM, six days a week.

This is research work, not posting work.

EpicDigital sells printed apparel to specific interest communities. Before a campaign can reach the right people, someone has to find those communities, understand how they work, and record the useful ones accurately. That is this job.

You will spend most of your day between Facebook search, group pages and a shared spreadsheet. We will train you on our written process. Prior job experience is not required, and freshers are welcome.

What you will do

- Search Facebook for groups that match a written audience brief

- Check each group's size, posting activity and rules

- Request to join groups and answer screening questions in clear English

- Record every useful group accurately in a shared tracker

- Identify strong communities and flag weak or unsuitable ones

- Follow a repeatable process while improving your speed and judgement

What we need

- Sound English comprehension. You must understand what you read and express your thinking clearly in written English. Fluent spoken English is not required.

- Strong computer literacy. You should be comfortable with browsers, spreadsheets, multiple accounts and unfamiliar web tools.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, with the judgement to verify and improve their output

- Careful attention to detail and the discipline to keep trackers accurate

- The ability to learn independently and follow a written process

- Curiosity and creative thinking are strong advantages

- A marketing degree, certificates or strong academic results

- Your own laptop. We provide the workstation.

- Monthly salary: BDT 13,000 to 19,000

- Monthly performance bonus based on results. Eligibility and amount depend on monthly performance.
