Additional Requirements:
If you are good at English, comfortable with spreadsheets, and can find your way around a website you have never seen before, this job is for you.
You do not need experience. Every step of this job is written down, and we will train you on it. What we are hiring for is how fast you learn the process and how carefully you follow it once you know it.
Somebody has to take finished artwork, get it onto the platform correctly, and make sure the link works. Done well, nobody notices. Done badly, a whole day of design work sells nothing.
Upload completed artwork to our print on demand platforms
Set up each product with the right sizes, colours, mockups, and price
Write or paste product titles and descriptions
Publish the campaign, and record every live link in a shared sheet
Catch rejected listings and broken mockups before anyone downstream runs into them
Keep the product sheet accurate, so the team can always find what is live
English good enough to write a clean product title and description
Comfortable learning a new web dashboard on your own, without being walked through it
Strong with Google Sheets. Most of the failure in this job is a broken link nobody logged.
Patient with repetitive work, and willing to do it exactly right every time
Prior ecommerce experience. Shopify, Daraz, or WooCommerce background is a plus, not a requirement.
Design skill. Basic Photoshop or Canva to fix a mockup is useful, and we can teach you that part.
Your own laptop. We provide the workstation.
No certificates, and we do not look at results. What matters here is whether you can pick up an unfamiliar system and keep a sheet honest, and the screen-share task shows us that directly in a way no transcript can.
Your first week is our written process, working alongside someone who already does the job. The platforms are not difficult. The discipline of logging everything correctly is the part that takes practice, and that is what we will drill.
Calm, focused, low-noise workspace
Dedicated workstation and top-tier tools
Great coffee, tea, and snacks every day
Team outings and quarterly hangouts
Multiple shifts, switch to the one that suits you
Flat team, direct communication
Fast growth and real ownership
Regular feedback and team knowledge-sharing
