Excellent data analysis, reporting, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management capabilities.

Sound knowledge of credit risk assessment and overdue management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned division.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.

• Ensure timely credit collection from all Walton Plaza outlets within the assigned division.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Monitor overdue accounts, collection gaps, credit risks, and recovery progress.

• Develop and implement effective divisional collection strategies.

• Coordinate with regional teams and Plaza Managers to improve collection performance.

• Lead and supervise the divisional credit collection team.

• Analyze credit data and prepare regular management reports.

• Take corrective measures for overdue and high-risk accounts.

• Ensure compliance with organizational credit policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular field visits and follow up on collection activities.
