Excellent data analysis, reporting, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management capabilities.

Sound knowledge of credit risk assessment and overdue management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.

• Ensure timely credit collection from all Walton Plaza outlets within the assigned region.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Monitor overdue accounts, collection gaps, credit risks, and recovery progress.

• Prepare and execute effective regional credit collection plans.

• Coordinate with Plaza Managers and concerned teams to improve collection performance.

• Lead and supervise the regional credit collection team.

• Analyze collection data and submit regular reports to the Divisional Credit Manager.

• Take corrective actions for overdue and high-risk accounts.

• Ensure compliance with organizational credit policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular field visits and follow up on collection activities.
