Responsibilities & Context:

1.    Production & Performance Tracking

• FCR Metrics: Compare actual Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) against the standard FCR.

• Feed Intake: Monitor both daily and cumulative feed consumption in grams.

• Mortality Rates: Verify actual bird mortality figures against standard allowable limits.

• Weight Variance: Cross-check average bird weights before sales versus after sales.

2.    Farm Management & Preparation

• Pre-Placement Audit: Inspect brooding setup, temperature controls, ventilation, litter quality, and curtain management.

• Farmer Status: Audit active and canceled farmer lists.

• Farmer Deeds: Verify completeness of legal papers (NID, pictures, nominee details, trade license, land copy, electricity bills, signed cheques, and 330 TK stamps).

3.    Financial & Cash Controls

• Cash Verification: Perform physical cash counts and verify petty cash balances.

• Sales Deposits: Reconcile bird sales quantities against bank deposit slips.

• Traders Ledger: Verify current trader balances and credit limits.

• Trader KYC: Check required trader documents (NID, trade license, picture, and security cheque).

4.    Medicine, Vaccine & Feed Logistics

• Challan Verification: Match medicine and vaccine delivery challans with physical receipts.

• Stock & Consumption: Audit medicine/vaccine stock levels against actual consumption logs.

• Register Integrity: Review the accuracy of the medicine register book.

• Feed Reconciliation: Compare physical feed stock counts against ERP records.

• Farmer Feed Logs: Track feed consumption breakdowns on an individual farmer basis.

5.    Inventory & Document Control

• DOC Verification: Cross-check Day-Old Chick (DOC) physical stock with ERP records.

• Sales Delivery Challans: Verify Sales DCs for cull birds, diseased birds, and healthy birds.

• Stock Registers: Inspect the active sales bird stock registers.

• Farm Closures: Audit final records in the closing farm record book.

6.    Asset & Vehicle Management

• Logistics Tracking: Compare physical motorbike meter readings with the motorbike register logs.

• Fixed Asset Audit: Physically verify fixed assets against the ERP asset list.

• User Accountability: Confirm asset user signatures are updated.

• Asset Receipts: Cross-reference asset received challans with Money Receipts (MR).
