Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be considered an added advantage.

• Age maybe considerable for highly experienced candidates).

• Experience in a manufacturing, real estate, construction or Group of companies will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management.

• Good understanding of transport laws, road safety regulations and vehicle documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transport operations efficiently.

• Honest, responsible, self-motivated and capable of handling emergency situations.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the company's transport fleet.

• Prepare and monitor vehicle movement schedules to ensure timely transportation services.

• Assign duties and routes to drivers and monitor their performance.

• Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records, mileage reports and trip sheets.

• Ensure regular maintenance, servicing, fitness, tax token, insurance and route permits of all company vehicles.

• Monitor vehicle repair and maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies and health & safety regulations.

• Investigate vehicle accidents, damages or breakdowns and prepare necessary reports.

• Coordinate with different departments regarding transportation requirements.

• Monitor GPS tracking systems and ensure proper utilization of company vehicles.

• Verify fuel bills, repair invoices and other transport-related documents.

• Maintain discipline among drivers and transport support staff.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
