Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Age At least 26 years

• Experience in Retail Audit/Internal Audit within a fashion retail brand.

• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and internal controls.

• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Willing to travel to branches across Bangladesh.

• Candidates with experience in renowned fashion retail brands such as Aarong, Cats Eye, Yellow, Sailor, Richman, Ecstasy, Noir, Le Reve, or similar fashion brands will be given preference.

Location: Dhaka (Frequent Branch Visits Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and surprise audits of retail outlets and warehouse operations.

• Verify inventory, cash, billing, and operational compliance.

• Identify discrepancies, risks, and SOP violations.

• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.

• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

• Perform stock verification and investigate inventory variances.

• Coordinate with branch and head office teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Salary: BDT 25,000 - 30,000+(Based on experience and qualifications)
