Responsibilities & Context:

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance activities.

  • Verify employee records, payroll inputs, and salary sheets before processing.

  • Plan, organize, and conduct employee training and development programs.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Handle performance management, disciplinary matters, employee relations, and grievance management.

  • Conduct routine verification of the employee database and ensure data accuracy.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

  • Visit company branches/outlets regularly to monitor HR operations and resolve employee issues.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Fashion, RMG, Retail, Apparel, Lifestyle, or E-commerce industry.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, Bangladesh Labour Law, and overall HR operations.

  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, communication, and soft skills are mandatory.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to travel to company branches as required.
