Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Internal Audit:

• Design the Internal Audit Charter and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Develop a Risk-Based Annual Audit Plan covering Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions.Ensure that accounting standard have been followed for maintaining the proper books of accounts.

• Supervise, conduct, and report on adequacy of the organization’s internal controls over financial reporting.

• Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors.

• Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.

• Audit the procurement-to-pay cycle and factory production efficiencies (wastage control).

• Verify inventory management at central warehouses and regional super depots.

• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with BFRS/IAS and local tax laws (VAT & Income Tax).

• Prepare concise Audit Reports with actionable recommendations.

• Track the implementation of previous audit observations (Follow-up audits).

Market Audit & Sales Verification:

• Secondary Sales Verification: Oversee the verification of sales reported by distributors versus actual stock lifted and retail delivery.

• Trade Promotion Audit: Ensure that "Consumer Offers" and "Trade Discounts" actually reach the market and are not siphoned off by intermediaries.

• Distributor Compliance: Audit distributor points for credit limit adherence, storage conditions, and "First-In-First-Out" (FIFO) inventory management.

• Lead "Surprise Audits" and whistle-blower investigations.

• Identify loopholes in the ERP system that could lead to financial leakage.
