• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Age At least 26 years

• 5-7 Years of proven experience as ASM / RSM in FMCG Companies.

• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, and strong numerical, analytical, reporting & presentation skills.

• Problem solving, attention to detail, communication, team work, time management.

• Ability to work with accuracy under pressure, meet deadlines and to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Sales Monitoring System Management;

• Field Force Performance Tracking by coverage, visibility, and volume achievement;

• Sales Target and Incentive Administration;

• Address dealer and customer inquiries, provide necessary support, and handle complaints promptly;

• Identify performance gaps and provide structured feedback to line managers;

• Provide actionable insights to management to optimize sales processes and Field Force performance gap;

• Support in planning and execution of trade campaigns, promotional activities, and sales events;

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, meeting summaries, and data driven analytical reports accurately and timely for management review;

• Detect and prevent misreporting or non-compliance;

• Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Sales and overall sales team.
