Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Reports To: Managing Director / General Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the garments and buying house industry.

The candidate will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, developing buyers and brands, generating orders, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the garment industry and proven experience in customer acquisition and order generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities with international buyers, brands, buying houses, importers, and garment sourcing companies.

Actively hunt for new buyers and orders through market research, networking, direct communication, meetings, and industry contacts.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers and customers.

Generate leads and convert potential buyers into regular customers.

Follow up with buyers regarding inquiries, product development, quotations, sampling, and order confirmation.

Understand buyer requirements and coordinate with merchandising, production, and other teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with buyers.

Monitor market trends, buyer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for business growth.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and order targets.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.

Attend buyer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other industry events when required.

Explore new markets and identify potential customers for long-term business development.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the garments, apparel, or buying house industry.

Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh garmen
