Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Research & Development, Brand Management, Innovation, or related functions.
Experience in FMCG, Toiletries, Personal Care, or related industries will be preferred.

Assist in developing product concepts, innovation pipelines, and improvement initiatives for new and existing products.
Support product formulation, packaging development, and product testing activities in alignment with business and consumer requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and company standards throughout the product development process.
Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product development projects.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to support product development, packaging, and sourcing requirements.
Execute approved product development projects and support timely product launches in accordance with project timelines.
Facilitate product trials, validation processes, and commercialization activities to ensure successful market introduction.
Monitor product performance, consumer feedback, and market response to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, project updates, and development reports.
Analyze development outcomes and provide recommendations to improve product performance, quality, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness.
