• Contact potential customers through telephone calls and explain company products/services.

• Generate new sales leads through telephonic communication.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.

• Convert potential leads into successful sales.

• Maintain customer information and call records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Prepare daily sales and call activity reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up.

• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
