Experience:
Professional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Power BI, or Data Visualization will be preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Commercial Analytics, or related functions in in FMCG, Toiletries, Consumer Goods or related industries will be preferred.
Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development, sales reporting, data visualization, and business analytics is mandatory.
Required Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, with strong capabilities in dashboard development, data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to generate actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of sales KPIs, distribution management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze sales data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reports to provide timely visibility into sales performance and key business metrics.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, product performance, territory performance, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports and performance summaries for management review and decision-making.
Track sales targets, achievements, growth trends, market coverage, productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments to understand business requirements and support data-driven initiatives.
Design and implement data visualization solutions that effectively communicate complex business information to stakeholders.
Conduct sales forecasting, trend analysis, and performance modeling to support planning and business strategy development.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of sales databases, reports, and analytical outputs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and analytical enhancement to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support management with special analyses, presentations, and business intelligence requirements as needed.
