Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Bachelor / Honors / Master's Degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant business degree will be an added advantage

• At least 4 years

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including proven experience leading or supervising a sales team
• Preferred business area: Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
• Willingness to travel for field visits and project site visits as required

• Candidates with a proven track record in land/plot sales at a Real Estate company are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Set individual and team-wise sales and collection targets in line with Company policy and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Ensure the sales team maintains the minimum required collection efficiency per Company policy.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and negotiations for high-value transactions.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports to Senior Management.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead generation, promotions, and market positioning.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain a high standard of client relationship management.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Sales Executives to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure full compliance with the Company's sales, collection, and incentive policies.
