• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation skills.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with embroidery machines and the textile or machinery industries.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.

• Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making ability when resolving client issues and providing tailored solutions.

• Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and adapting sales strategies to capture new opportunities.

• Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of embroidery machines, their functions, and how they benefit manufacturers.

• Willingness to travel within Dhaka and other regions as needed.

• Knowledge of embroidery machines and the textile industry is a plus.
