Position Overview
We are looking for smart, energetic, confident and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team as Trainee.
This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Selected candidates will receive structured training, practical field exposure and continuous coaching from experienced sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through digital marketing, telephone calls, networking, referrals and field marketing.
Contact and communicate with prospective customers.
Regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Arrange and accompany customers on project visits.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback.
Achieve assigned activity and sales KPIs.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
