• Bachelor’s (Honours) / BBA / MBA from any reputed university.

• MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.

• Candidates with proven experience in real estate sales will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by management.
