  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • High ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports

  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) and provide meaningful commentary on financial performance

  • Analyze product, project, and customer profitability

  • Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with various department heads

  • Prepare rolling forecasts and update them periodically based on actual performance and changing business conditions

  • Analyze costs and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

  • Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation (FIFO, Weighted Average, etc.)

  • Monitor overheads and ensure they are within budgetary limits

  • Implement and monitor standard costing systems

  • Provide financial analysis and support for new projects, capital expenditures, and business initiatives

  • Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, providing them with financial insights to aid decision-making

  • Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of junior accountants
