Experience Requirements

• Candidates having minimum 15 years of experiences in the Banking Sector, out of which minimum 5 yrs. in senior positions (SEVP & above rank).

• Should have vast knowledge, experience and liaison in the Banking Sector / Financial Institutes.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): sweater factory/garments sector., Group of Companies.

Job Context: - Overall responsible for all financial aspects of the Mirza Group.

Job location: - Uttara, Head Office.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Manage and oversee all existing loans with banks and leasing companies, including repayment schedules, interest rates, fund management. and compliance.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with the Banks and Financial Institutes and other financial stakeholders in relation to smooth performance of company business activities.

• Handle all banking lines, including loan management, Back-to-Back LC, export & import and foreign trade finance and Tax -Vat strong knowledge.

• Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.

• Collaborate closely with the merchandising, production, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise all financial matters related to the sweater factory, including costing, production finance, raw material imports, and export proceeds.

• Strong knowledge Formulate and implement Accounts & Finance & Bangladesh Bank BRPD & DFIM Circular related Strategic Business Policies, Rules & Regulations.

• Monitor and manage overall group financial operations, including fund management and investment planning & prepare and present accurate financial reports to support management decision-making.

• Any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
