As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for:
Posting job advertisements on general job portals, university and college career websites, internship websites, and social networking platforms.
Collecting candidate applications and responding to candidate queries.
Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Conducting interviews for selected candidates.
Assisting senior HR personnel during recruitment and interview processes.
Conducting induction and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
Designing and posting recruitment posters and promotional materials.
Communicating and coordinating with guest speakers for learning sessions and events.
Performing additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting supervisor or team leader.
Must have access to a Laptop/Desktop Computer.
Must have a reliable Broadband Internet Connection or Mobile Internet Connection.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Interest in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Career Development.
Interns are required to comply with the organization's Code of Conduct and all applicable policies throughout the internship period.
Candidates must submit a University Forwarding Letter if required by their academic institution. Upon submission, the organization will provide an Internship Acceptance Letter.
Specific duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the reporting supervisor/team leader based on organizational needs.
