Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment of Sales Agents to meet hiring targets.
Source candidates through social media, job portals, college campaigns, field/market visits, referrals, and personal networks.
Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
Coordinate selection, joining, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Support regular HR operations and employee-related activities as assigned.
