Responsibilities & Context:

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure 100% team achievement as per the target.
• Identify 5-6 fixed locations for high-volume sales.
• Daily finalize at least 2 locations (one backup) and set up a kiosk in the morning.
• Check attendance, leave, and absenteeism, then submit the report.
• Conduct a morning kick-off meeting with the team, share the daily target and achievement plan, and include grooming checks. To reduce mis-sales, share crucial details and action plans.
• Create a sales crowd in front of the kiosk, conduct FSA sales pitch checks, and assist in selecting potential customers to increase retention.
• Ensure each sales debrief, handle customer queries (if any), conduct quality checks of the sales with terms and conditions before handing over the membership card to the customer. The membership must be kept with the team leader.
• Fill out KYC for more than monthly packages.
• Reduce attrition through proper team management, handle employee objections, and motivate team members. Ensure the headcount target with the right candidates by sourcing and initial evaluation from relevant sources.
• Maintain proper communication with external parties to reduce conflicts, handle unexpected situations, and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct hourly report analysis and set a plan of action.
• Identify poor performers and share the development plan with relevant stakeholders on time.
• Be vigilant about team safety and take proper action, making it a top priority.
• Develop a minimum of 6-7 consistent performers and assign at least one group leader to build an ideal team.
• Ensure Team Bonding by creating a friendly environment & small get together every now and then
