• Must have knowledge about Fabric quality as well as garments.

Knit & Woven Garments Factory

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis during production process.

• Conformation of design and Art work by crosscheck with ORIGINAL / REFERENCE sample before bulk production and to arrange spot checking system during production.

• Keeping records of all the quality parameters during new sample development.

• Monitoring and controlling the QAS and QAI performance through their daily QA and QC activity.

• Evaluation of daily process report with QAM.

• Conduct pre-final inspection, in-line Q/C etc.

• Implement Traffic light Q/C system.
