• Only Male

• Must have 8-12 years working experience.

• The applicant should have Factory work experience.

• The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Knit, Woven.

• Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self-motivated.

• Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Must have good skill in computer literacy.

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis during production process.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery.
• Conformation of design and Art work by crosscheck with ORIGINAL / REFERENCE sample before bulk production and to arrange spot checking system during production.
• Reduction of the lead time and wastage during new sample development.
• Keeping records of all the quality parameters during new sample development.
• Monitoring and controlling the QAS and QAI performance through their daily QA and QC activity.
• Evaluation of daily process report with QAM.
• Reduction of rejection or/and wastage during production.
• Conduct PP Meeting, Size set follow up, line plan, inline inspection, mid inspection, FRI by maintain acceptable quality level.
• Understand product quality standard & supervise all respective workmanship solutions to the production team.
• Follow up production output planned & actual & take action for on time delivery.
• Customer claim Analysis and take corrective & preventive action.
• Arrange QC meeting with respective supplier units on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QAM.
• To prepare weekly & Monthly report and submit to QAM within five working days of next month.
