Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute regional sales plans in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
Take ownership of regional sales, revenue, collection, and business growth targets
Manage and develop dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure sustainable business relationships
Expand dealer and distribution coverage and identify new business opportunities in high-potential markets
Lead, motivate, and monitor the regional sales team to ensure target achievement and productivity
Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies, trade programs, promotional activities, and product launches
Monitor dealer credit, outstanding payments, and collection performance to maintain financial discipline
Monitor product-wise sales, inventory, product availability, and market demand; provide accurate sales forecasts
Ensure proper market coverage, retail penetration, product visibility, and brand execution
Analyze regional business performance and submit regular sales, collection, market, and competitor reports to the Head of Sales
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments for smooth business operations Resolve dealer and customer issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Sales or Management
