• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), College, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Resort, School, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Develop and execute on Comprehensive wholesale strategy to expand distribution network and increase market share.

• Build and Nature long-term relationship with key accounts, distributor and high value wholesale clients.

• Handle the daily operations of wholesale business effectively.

• Lead and manage nationwide sales operations, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of regional and area sales teams.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.

• Manage customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide market feedback regarding product performance, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
