Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
Identify and approach corporate clients, event organizers, and potential business partners.
Promote the restaurant through social media, online platforms, and offline marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
