Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 35 years

Experience in Real Estate sales will be given priority. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms.

Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.

Ability to conduct site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities & Context:

Flixza Group is looking for energetic, smart, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Officers (Real Estate) to promote and sell Flats, Plots, and Land Share projects. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy meeting clients, and are passionate about sales, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate sales of Flats, Plots, and Land Share projects.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, email, and direct office visits.

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain CRM software and customer database accurately.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Collect market information and competitor analysis.

• Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.
