Responsibilities & Context:
The manager will act as the main communication bridge between Pack and Fly Travel Management and its B2B travel-agent partners.
They will be responsible for:
Finding and onboarding new travel agencies.
Building strong long-term relationships with existing agents.
Promoting Pack and Fly's Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal and other land-package services.
Communicating quotations, promotions, booking procedures, payment terms, cancellation policies and operational updates.
Following up with agents to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintaining regular communication with agency partners through WhatsApp, email, phone calls and meetings.
Collecting feedback from agents and communicating it to the operations team.
Developing repeat business from existing agency partners.
Protecting Pack and Fly's B2B business relationships and confidential commercial information.
