• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Confident in making sales calls and client interactions

• Tech-savvy  (email, basic CRM tools, messaging platforms, etc.)

• Communication with customers regularly over phone, e-mail.

• The candidate will be fully responsible for frequent outdoor visits to the customers.

• Project visit with customers as and when required.

• To visit the potential customers on regular basis.

• To monitor, review and report on all Sales activities.

• Meet with prospect client, presenting the product and maturing sale.

• Select materials with clients consent.

• Advertising through various advertising channels.

• Oversee digital marketing activities (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google Ads, property portals, website, email marketing)

• Handle and optimize Facebook Page activities, including posting, monitoring basic insights, and managing the page.

• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Coordinate promotional activities with media, channel partners, and corporate clients
