• Identify and onboard new premium cosmetic stores, perfumeries, and high-traffic retail outlets.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales, distribution, and volume targets.

• Build strong relationships with retailers, store owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers.

• Ensure proper product placement, attractive displays, and compliance with planograms and POSM guidelines.

• Regularly monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs, especially for premium and high-margin products.

• Negotiate retailer margins, commercial terms, and incentive schemes while protecting the brand`s premium image.

• Collect and report market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities, and retailer insights.

• Provide practical recommendations to improve product placement, promotions, sales processes, and customer satisfaction.

• Identify new sales opportunities, emerging trends, customer preferences, and untapped market potential.
