Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure the on-time opening and closing of the showroom. 

• Manage employee timings, attendance, and leave.

• Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Drive sales targets, monitor store KPIs, and implement strategy to increase foot traffic and revenue.

• Introduce promotional campaigns, upsell strategies, and lifestyle cross-selling (e.g., matching shoes with accessories) to maximize average transaction value.

• Maintain proper visual merchandising, ensuring shoes and accessories are properly displayed, organized, and clean.

• Managing inventory receiving, stock counting, price tagging, and product organization.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely stock replenishment, particularly for fast-moving footwear sizes and popular lifestyle accessories.

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and cross-check with the inventory software to mitigate any discrepancies. 

• Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile financial services, ensuring accurate transaction processing.

• Ensuring all transactions are properly documented. Maintain daily/monthly sales reports, cash register records, and stock movement logs.

• Perform daily closing audits, and ensure all secure cash handling and bank deposit procedures are strictly followed.

• Address customer queries, handle returns/complaints professionally, and build long-term customer loyalty.
